Description (30 words or less):
Not too many years ago the wire innards of light poles were kept tidy with small, gracefully shaped cast-metal boots. These were abandoned for large and bulky plastic models that too often spill their guts. It might be true that the City’s infrastructure is being held together with bandaids, but does it have to be literal?

John Gattuso of Liberty Property will present a general overview of the Camden Waterfront Development master plan.

Last year, Liberty completed the assemblage of land and development rights on the Camden waterfront and began construction of One Water Street – a five-story, 222,376 square foot office project that will serve as the corporate headquarters of American Water when complete in late 2018.

The Camden Waterfront, master planned by Robert A. M. Stern Architects, envisions “an energetic, high-performance community, anchored by world-class office buildings and a spacious waterfront park easily accessed by walking, biking, driving and public transportation; one which will build upon and greatly contribute to the revitalization efforts already underway in Camden,” said Gattuso, Liberty Property Trust Regional Director and Senior Vice President, Urban Region.
